Nuovatoscana, officially called the Republic of Nuovatoscana, is a country in northern South America, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean in the north, Brazil in the south, and Venezuela in the west. It's capital is Caiena. It is the only Italian-speaking country in the Western Hemisphere.
