The Prince Presidency, commonly referred to as the Paramountcy or the Zomi Monarchy, is the office of the head of state of the Union of Zomia, and arch-monarch of the Princely Rulers that constitute the Executive Council of the Union Assembly. Though nominally elected by the Council every five years, the position has been held by the Sah of Cireram since the Union's founding.
