Robert Baker (born in 1760) is a Hiraethian Monsorian politician, journalist, and author. He has been head author of The Athema Journal since 1799.
He graduated the University of Athema with a degree in administration. He began writing for The Athema Journal and became known for his liberal stances, including federalist and republican ideals, which brought a large audience to the paper. He was promoted to become a lead author of the paper and a member of its executive board in 1799.
