Kelicey is a character appearing in Tennaiite comic books published by IC Comics. Kelicey was created by Priyanthara Dayalini and Amartha Shinis as a comic relief henchwoman for the supervillian Reveler in Nightwatch: The Animated Series and debuted in its 22nd episode, "Revelers Delight", on September 11, 1992. While originally intended to appear in one episode, Kelicey became a recurring character with the IC Animated Universe as the Reveler's sidekick and love interest, and was adapted into IC Comic's Nightwatch canon seven years later, beginning with the one-shot Nightwatch: Kelicey #1 (October 1999).
