The legal system of Ainin (sometimes incorrectly referred to as Aininian common law or the Attayaka system) is a bijuridical system practiced in Ainin and serves as a basis for the legal systems of Concordia, East Nautarya and Linguere. While nominally a mixture of common and civil law, the system can more accurately be described as a common law system with more codification than is typical for such a system as well as a mostly inquisitorial procedure.
