The Sermoni Fortunates are a Bonaventurean professional baseball team based in Sermoni. The Fortunates compete in the Arucian Baseball League as one of the five members of the South Division. Founded in the year of 1921 in the neighborhood of Porto Fortuna, in Sermoni, the Fortunates are arguably the most successful baseball team in the history of the sport in Bonaventure. From 1925 to 1946, the Fortunates played in the Bonaventurean National Baseball League, being the team who won the most Bonaventurean Series (18), and the team who won the most Bonaventurean series in a row (11). In 1947, the Fortunates joined the Arucian Baseball League and became the first Bonaventurean team to win the Arucian Series in 1957. Currently, the Fortunates are the Bonaventurean team with the most Arucian Series win (7), and most Arucian Series appearances (7), as well as the team with the most playoff appearances (16) alongside the Appano Lancers. The Fortunates are one of only three teams in the history if the ABL to win the Arucian Series in every appearance made.
