Theobald XXVIII (Albrecht Arthur Bernhard Friedrich Herman Ludwig Ottokar Reinhard Theobald Totila Ulrich Widukind William, born 6 January) is the 266th and incumbent Emperor of Gothica since 18 April.
He was the first among the people who have witnessed the gruelling duel between his predecessor, Victoria II, and a follower of the New God, before the former was transformed into a relief statue.
