Vistulzka, officially the Orthodox Republic of Vistulzka, often times called the Orthodox Republic is a sovereign country located in Central Atalan. Consisting of 54 states called Voivodeships, Vistulzka is considered to be a regional power within Central Atalan and competes with its eastern bordering neighbor Hetumoger for economic dominance in the region. It is the largest country within Central Atalan, covering over 572,000km2. Vistulzka is founding member of the Atalan Sovereign Congress. Vistulzka also holds two island colonies within Ozarkus and Alleghenus.

Vistulzka has been inhabited by over a millennia, with various sets of artifacts dating back to the Proto-Atalan period of Atalan. Vistulzka had two dominant tribes that established statehood as early as the 8th century, under the Duchy of Lechia. The Duchy of Lechia followed the religion of Orthodox Seguacism as a state religion, turning away from Central Atalan paganism. In 953, Lechia would unionize with the Kingdom of Hetumoger to the west, creating one of the largest countries that existed at the time under the Serene Republic of Vistulzka-Hetumoger. During this time, the region entered an era of prosperity and cultural renewal known as the Central Heropleven similar to the Ozarkus Heropleven. It was marked by a change in liberal attitudes towards the idea of human rights and politics, as well as lower levels of government. In 1477, the internal political situation deteriorated due to polarization on the position of Hetumoger's noble class, the Nemesseg and the Vistulzkan noble class, the Szlachta. Vistulzka and Hetumoger split the commonwealth which triggered the beginning of the Viswa-Magyar Wars.

Vistulzka in its contemporary state has a developed market with significant regional power that it consistently disputes with Hetumoger. While still considered an officially Orthodox Seguacistic nation, Vistulzka provides the highest measured standard of human freedom and rights including rights to freedom of religion. Vistulzka is a participant of the University System of Atalan, a subsectionate organization of the Atalan Sovereign Congress. Vistulzka is a participating member of the Peace Accord Organization of Central Atalan.
