Gothica (/ˈɡɒθɪkə/), officially the Greater Gothic Empire (Gothic: Großgotisches Urweltreich; Latin: Magnum Imperium Gothicum; Anglish: Michelgothish Urworldriche) and fully styled the Greater Gothic Empire of the Goth Realm (Großgotisches Urweltreich der Gotenthum, Michelgothish Urworldriche of the Gothenrealm, Magnum Imperium Gothicum Regnum Gothae), is a world state. At a total of 314,257,690 square kilometres (or 121,335,570 square miles) of Earth's inhabitable land mass spanning across five interconnected continents, and around eighteen billion subjects, Gothica is the largest country in the world by area and population. The country is organised into sixty-nine regions, which are then divided into governorates and sub-divided into districts; 33 cities that function as separate regions, and the eponymous imperial capital, World Capital Gothica, the largest city in the world with a population of around 1.33 billion; other significant cities include Necropolis and Vespertinople, both religious and cultural centres, Valborg, a commercial centre; Nachthafen and Akashabad, two chief industrial centres; and others, such as Neukronstadt, Draculburg, Lestatbourg and Hexentreffen.
