The Blackhelm Confederate Chancellery is the officer residence and workplace of the Chancellor of the Blackhelm Confederacy. The Chancellery, during the time of the Empire of Exponent, was the Imperial Palace, and served as home for the Emperor of Exponent and his family for nearly more than three hundred years until the collapse of the Empire.
