France, officially, the Second Kingdom of France (le Deuxième Royaume de France in French), is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy in France under Louis Louis Augustus II. The country located in Western Europe with a coaset on both bordered by the North Sea in the north, the English Channel in the northwest, the Atlantic Ocean in the west and the Mediterranean sea in the southeast. France makes up one of the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and is a known nuclear weapons state. France is a founding member of the European Union and the Eurozone, as well as a key member of North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
