Constantus is the second largest and Capital City of Theodoria. The city has a population of 769,000, placing it behind Hamptus, with a population of 1.3 million. The city grew around a fort in the Dunn Bay, which was a trading port for the 7 Principalities in Theodoria. When the Theodorian revolution took place, the city became under siege by revolutionary forces, which left the garrisoned soldiers no choice to surrender as revolutionaries were burning the city with torches.
