The Free State of Capantan (Estado Livre do Capantão, Bo'io Capan-Taino) is a sovereign polity in Far Southern Conitia, located in the XXX of the Nelombo Peninsula, facing the XXX Sea.

Portuguese came from Latin Republican sailors who settled and interbred in eastern Capantan, who also introduced to them Saturnism (Pontificatus Nelatum).

Despite relative progress since 2009 under the leadership of Generalissimo Agueybana Humacao and Prime Minister Çaibe Carvalho, Capantan suffers from continued presence of the terrorist group Kabani People's Liberation Front (KPLF - Frente Popular dos Libertação Capeiano), a splinter group of the legal Capeian Worker's Party (Partido dos Trabalhadores Capeianos). The KWLF is also reportedly linked to organized crime in Nameria and Karazawa. The Grande Insurgência continues to this day.
