Lex Hominum Negotiis or Law of Men Affairs is an ancient codex of laws that determines what a person is protected from in an actions they do. This can go from verbal actions like speaking to physical actions like hitting a person. The Codex was proposed during the 10th Meeting of the Solarian Senate in 5GD by the current Grand Chancellor Xauis Kai.
