Monsvallis, also known as Baluka'i is the capital city of Pongi. It was founded in 1855 as the site of a new capital after the Battle of Rygerrof, and was founded by Trein Whitecomb, Mari Tyrone and the indegenous tribes of the Kauia and Twashare. They signed a memorandum declaring the city would be one that was welcoming and modern. It is known for its famous cottagecore mix of heritage buildings, excellent beaches and is home to 10 different paragliding spots.
The Monsvallis-Palmoak metro is the largest metro area by population, even surpassing Rygerrof City's metro in the ranking.
