The Joint Staff of the Baltanian Armed Forces (Lithuanian: Baltanijos ginkluotųjų pajėgų jungtinis štabas; Latvian: Baltānijas bruņoto spēku Apvienotais štābs) is an administrative unit of the General Command of the Baltanian Armed Forces, which conducts joint command and administration of the services of the Baltanian Armed Forces. The Joint Staff is led by the Chief of the Joint Staff, currently Šarūnas Griškevičius, who reports to the Commander of the Armed Forces.
