Brixham Street Railway Station is a commuter railway station located on Wadalup Rd in Monsvallis, Pongi. It is the busiest train station in Pongi, and it serves many commuter lines from Monsvallis and a regional line heading to Western Pongi. It was opened in 1927, sitting right on the western side of the Monsvallis Peninsula heading right onto the Elborra Bay. It was part of the first railway in Pongi and is known internationally as a Pongian symbol of pride and war.
Brixham Street is serviced by many Metro services via a new set of underground platforms, and is a second terminus for regional trains, most often going to Forestown, Oakpalm and Mosatt. It was the busiest station in the nation by far before the Monsvallis Loop was built, creating a grand loop across the city before ballooning back to the terminus.
The station's main building was built in 1927 after commissioner Tom Rye designed plans for a grand terminal in the heart of the city. It is distinct with a tall, Edwardian structure which towered over the small brick loco-hauled train stations. It is most known for the surrounding Park Lane Precinct, which is lined with Pongian Patriotic Symbols, along with being adorned in a sewn flag.
