The Esthursian National Broadcasting Corporation (ENBC) is an Esthursian public service broadcaster headquartered at Salisbury Manor in Meresby, Weskerby. One of the largest media organisations on Eras, the ENBC is subsidised through general taxation in Esthursia added to its own revenue generated through its products. ENBC benefits globally from its use of Mercanti, the world's lingua franca, and as such has offered worldwide coverage for the last several decades. The ENBC began as a radio broadcaster, but continued into television soon into its establishment, and eventually branched into weather, music and the internet.
The ENBC was first formed in 1928, under the government of George Asmont, after the idea was first developed by Neville Salisbury, the latter of whom its headquarters in Meresby has been dedicated to.
