The economy of Costa Madora is a highly developed social market economy, often referred to as the Athameran model. It is the fourth-largest in Cunova by nominal GDP, the fifth-largest by purchasing power parity (PPP), and the largest national economy in Keaceria. According to the IMF, the country's per capita GDP (PPP) was at $115,129 (2023). Costa Madora is the world's third-largest importer and exporter. It is a founding member of the Keacerian Union and Keurozone, and a member of G12.

Costa Madora is the second-largest automobile manufacturing country in Cunova. It is often ranked among Cunova's most innovative countries, leading several measures of global patent filings. The service sector contributes around 70% of the total GDP, industry 26.1%, and agriculture 3.9%. Exports accounted for 40% of national output. Besides automobiles, the top exports of Costa Madora are machinery, chemical goods, electronic products, electrical equipment, pharmaceuticals, transport equipment, basic metals, food products, and rubber and plastics. The country is one of Cunova's top locations for trade fairs, the largest of which are held in cities like Reconrané, Itéiguay, Copanaco, and San Copúa.

Costa Madora's education system and the establishment of a motivated and educated populace was largely responsible for spurring the country's high technology boom and economic development. The Copanaco-Norte region is one of the leading academic and industrial clusters and manufacturing centers for the Madorian economy.
