Javier Elías Aguados (April 23, 1923 – October 27, 1981) was a Madorian general and statesman, who chaired the Provisional Government of the Fourth Republic from May 23, 1968 to January 3, 1969. In 1971, he was elected President of Costa Madora, rewriting the Constitution and founding the Fifth Republic after approval by referendum.
