History

HEAVY WIP

-Estsblishment of Yaravald on the Tervus in 1020 although the area has been inhabited since antiquity

-Yaravald made a principality and expands outwards into the Yurivald Forest and lands stretching out from it.

-First References to Yaradavia as a Kingdom come in 1100 with references to raids on Raskor settlements to the north and Livernic duchies along the Aldoric Sea coast.

-To the South the Darascian Kingdom annexes large swathes of land from the grand duchies of Korascin and Paradavia in 1283

-Unification of The Grand Duchies of Korascin and Paradavia in 1305

-Yaradavia has expanded northwards and westwards to meet the Aldoric on one side and the Ursko River to the north

-Yaradavian succession crisis and civil war in 1450 the Kingdom splits into 3 smaller kingdoms, Yaradavia, Raskoria and Vuradia.

-Yaradavia wages war with Kingdom of Vuradia. King Vera II unites them becomes known as the great.

-Treaty of Orad signed with Raskoria, unifies Yaradavia and Raskoria in 1490.

-Koreskan raids occur in 1500. Yaradavia loses significant lands. Partition of Darascia into east and west, west oen kingdom, east a Koreskan puppet.

-Yaradavian-Koreskan war in which Yaradavia wins. Marches to Koreskan capital, annexes East Darascia. 1640

-Personal Union between Kings of West Darascia and Paradavia. 1712

-Second Koreskan war, Livernic uprisings lead to weakened Yaradavia. Union occcurs between Paradavia-Darascia and Yaradavia. The term Sarossia used for first time to describe new commonwealth. 1819

-Norevoric Empire invades Livernia in 1834. Sarossia waged war, is defeated. Livernia annexed by Norevor and Historic Darascia becomes client rump state of Gerdmina to the south.

-Norevoric Empire collapsed in 1862, Sarossia invades Darascia. War with Gerdmina ends in stalemate which results in Partition of Darascia. Sarossia keeps west.

-1905, Sarossia invades and annex Livernia from Koreska.

1909-1914 attempts to annex to restore old lands, Koreska, Livernic rebels, Norevor, Gerdmina declare war on Sarossia. The result is a collapse of the commonwealth and the Treaty of Adlina creates The Union of Sarossia stripped of Livernic lands and the northern portion of Raskoria. Livernia gets independence north Raskoria part of Koreska.
