Muratagi Eijiro (Enyaman: 물앝악이에잊일오, Tsurushimese: 村木英二郎; born 17 November 1959) is an Enyaman statesman, politician, gang leader, cage fighter, and actor who served as the 38th and final President of the Federal States of Enyama between 2005 and the state's dissolution in 2020, having come to the office through Gokudō connections. In his fifteen years of political activity, he was associated with over seventy deaths of journalists and politicians, and a growing atmosphere of intimidation and pseudo-invictist rhetoric that culminated in his election as President of Enyama in 2005, ostensibly on an anti-corruption, anti-socialistic and revanchist platform.

Muratagi was born in Takadoria Province and began his career as a street fighter and later organizer in the Kumazawa Gokudō, at that point under the jurisdiction of the Koyama-Sato Clan. Although initially an enforcer for the clan, by the late 1980s, Muratagi had amassed significant influence in Kumazawa social circles, including in military men connected with the larger Gokudō world.
