Kestejoo, or as it is more commonly called by the Meoquanee, Wagalvladiyv Anitlisisgv is the de-facto capital of the Meoquanee and the meeting place for the Council of Seven Fires. It is the largest and one of the few permanent settlements within the Meoquanee nation. When the Council meets, the city is heavily populated and a host to many ceremonies and celebrations during the duration of the meetings, however the city mostly lies empty aside from the Sacred Builders which are in charge of upkeep outside these meetings. It is also the only land within the Meoquanee nation that is not managed by any of the seven tribes for the purpose of being a neutral point of gathering.
