Carlyle Elijahson Descoteaux (28 July 1944 - 29 October 2023) was a BlakeIsHereian politician, author social activist. He served as President of BlakeIsHere from his father's death in 1969 until his retirement in 2023.
Career
Death of Elijah and first term (1969-1972)
On 10 March, 1969, Elijah Descoteaux died after suffering a stroke. That same day, then 24 year old Carlyle, his heir, became president, suceeding his father. His first term mainly consisted of demiliaizing the country, and introducing new policies and making the country more liberal after his father undid it during his term.
