Zakhar Tarasov (born 24 July 2001) is a Kossmilian-Zamastanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for ZSL club Emerald Union. Born in Zamastan but represent the Kossmil national football team. He known for his very technical playing ability on pitch but he also particularly known for his skill and accuracy at taking free kicks.
Tarasov rose through the youth ranks at Tofino United FC until at 17 years old where he signed his first professional contact with Emerald Union at advice from his father citing more playing opportunity.

Personal life
Tarasov was born in Tofino, Zamastan, to a Kossmilian father and Zamastanian mother, his father was originally from Vorotov in Kossmil and he came to Zamastan as asylum seeker as he was wanted by the communist regime during the civil war in Kossmil. His younger brother, Viktor Tarasov, currently plays for Jade Harbor FC and he also reprsent the Kossmil national team. he speaks in fluent in Caticeze-English and Kossmilian
