Tùreuen Island is the largest island in the Mùnenn Strait administered by the San Portinan government, with its westernmost coast along the Croix Sea. There are several settlements on the island, the most prominent of which is Sorrenti. The island has a population of 22,460. The island and its towns are vital tourism destinations, with the waterfronts of villages dominated by tourism-oriented businesses. The island covers an area of about 75 square miles (194 square kilometers). It features a diverse and rugged landscape, including rolling hills, canyons, coastal cliffs, and sandy beaches.
