The Great War, also known as the World War, was a global conflict fought between the Transmedan Alliance and Sydenham League from 17 April 1934 until 20 October 1940. Originating in Calesia and Elia Austral, the conflict ultimately spread to every continent and directly involved a majority of the world's nations. The war resulted in the deaths of more than 100 million people, making it the deadliest military conflict in history.
