Sultanah Rihana Petra (Jawi: ريحانة ڤيترا;née Oxana Andreevna Voevodina; born 10 July 1992) is the current Sultanah of Kelantan as the wife of Sultan Muhammad V. From 2018 to 2021, she was the 15th Raja Permaisuri Agong during her husband's reign as the 15th Yang di-Pertuan Agong, becoming the first non-Malay to serve as the country's royal consort.
Born in Russia as Oksana Voevodina, Nur Diana Petra initially found fame as a beauty queen, having been crowned Miss Moscow 2015.
