Leoncio Villalobos
Leoncio Fabián Villalobos (March 21, 1899 - September 20, 1956) was a Gonzalez Isle politician and farmer who served as the 20th President of Torisakia. Before his presidency, Villalobos was a senator in the Congreso and was instrumental in the ratification of the 16th Amendment to the Torisakia Constitution that granted Gonzalez Islanders, who were under Torisakian rule, natural-born status and the same rights as Torisakian citizens. Due to his influence, Villalobos was elected the 2nd Governor of Gonzalez Isle in 1950, a position he held until he was elected as President of Torisakia in 1954. Villalobos' presidency was cut short when he along with his Vice President Antonio Olguin were assassinated by Dennis Bonner and Jerry Jensen, two members of the Torisakia Nationalist Party
