Born in 2024 to Aurelian-Carinansian parents living in the La Libertad District of São Lenoas as a member of the working class, he enlisted in the Serene Army aged 18 in 2042. During his military career, he participated in the Defense of Monteguerias and Koelasian Wars, ultimately rising through the ranks over 20 years. He accumulated a total of $650,000 from his salaries, money which was placed into a series of investments. It grew to $1.2M by 2077, and he campaigned heavily in the special by-election in 2077 to win the position, using most of this money. After winning the Lieutenant Governorship, he became a popular figure statewide, allowing him to secure the gubernatorial office only a year later.
As Governor of Embardoro, he embarked on an extensive policy of austerity, as the government was bleeding money in a government pension scheme. He reformed the corrupt state police in 2081, resolving the state debt crisis by 2085. Having balanced the budget, he didn't seek further nominations for the position, leaving the party. Later that year, he sold his Embardoro Veteran Housing before relocating to his hometown. He began popularising himself across the city, ultimately gaining control of the São Lenoas State League. A popular personalist figure, he gained the governorship despite being a third-party candidate.
As Governor of São Lenoas, he levied industrial taxes across the state, primarily impacting Lekeadian provinces. Although wildly popular in the city, many in the rest of the state disapprove of his authoritarian environmentalism, and urban prioritisation.
