- Jacques Leclerc: The Man who Built Vailleux last updated 4/12. incomplete; added some stuff about the first republic and its inefficiencies -- will tie that into the discontent that led to the hugo coup. needs to flesh out first republic, hugo coup, assassination, civil war, and then leclerc's role as an eminence grise thereafter
