Arrogante (Spanish for "Arrogant") is a criminal group of occultists, witches, wizards, and warlocks and general demon worshippers. Founded by the enigmatic Madam Muerte following World War 3, it has drawn the sympathy from magic users who were displaced in the war as they escape the authorities, causing them to form the bulk of its membership.
History
With the victory of the Alliance in the Third World War, governments began to reconsider their stance on morality, and with more theocracies appearing in the world, cults across the planet are being disbanded and their members convicted for either their fraudulent or demonic activities.
