Issarel Cilaria Denaris Rothilion-Ermys (874 CE - present) is an Amadorian-born Noble who is the reigning Miax of the Saahein Sovereignty and consort to the the Ostrax, Ruven Rothilion-Ermys. Born to the Alfar High Noble House of Ermys, Issarel has served in politics much of her life as well as serving in the Imperium Intelligence Division in Amador, where she achieved acclaim for successfully bringing about a series of Scandinvan defeats for the Vismer Conflicts.
Issarel came to particular prominence during the War of the Leaves, a Saahein-Lashein uprising that saw the overthrowing of their Hauklic master. Her involvement proved crucial to convincing the Imperium to intervene and ultimately aid their Alfar brethren in establishing the Saahein Sovereignty. As a reward for her involvement, Queen Maeralya adopted Ruven Rothilion into the House of Amador, and subsequently allowed the marriage of Issarel and Ruven to form the House of Rothilion-Ermys, the rulling house of Seclya.
As Miax of Seclya, Issarel's primary agenda centers around the reestablishment of the Elvish population to their highborn status, heavy emphasis of equality, and the modernization and practicality of education in the Sovereignty.
