Octavius Benenatus was a commander in the navy of the Empire of Exponent famous for defeating the Cadenzan fleet at the Battle of St. Andrew's Point in 1618.

Early life

The Benenatus family was a noble Equite house which had contributed martial service to the Empire for centuries. As such, Octavius was educated from a young age in the ways of war.

Legacy

As a result of Octavius' victory at St. Andrew's Point, his successors were given the right to use the trinomen, elevating them socially into the world of the Hesperidesian elite.
