Etienne is a town and seaport in southern Allieu, located on the southern coast of the island of Lorient, along the Kasuum Sea. It is the third largest city in the country. From its founding, shipbuilding has always been of great importance to the city. Alongside Porte-Lyon, it is a principal port for the Allieuan Navy.
