The Ringama uprising was a skirmish on the planet Ringama between the Obsidian Hand crime syndicate and a faction of freedom fighters led by former smuggler Jastre Ainsspel. The Obsidian Hand, which held control over Ringama's main spaceport of Mymag, had oppressed the citizens of the planet for hundreds of years as they utilized the settlements for the smuggling and production of spice. For years, the meticulous efforts of broker and Rusty Rim cantina owner Mikha Celath paved the way for an alliance of Ringama's various underworld networks to disrupt the operations of the Obsidian Hand across the planet.
