Muratagi Eijiro (Enyaman: 물앝악이에잊일오, Tsurushimese: 村木英二郎; born 17 November 1959) is a former Enyaman statesman, politician, gang leader, cage fighter, and actor who served as the 38th and final President of the Federal States of Enyama between 2005 and the state's dissolution in 2020, having come to the office through Gokudō connections. In his fifteen years of political activity, he was associated with over seventy deaths of journalists and politicians, and a growing atmosphere of intimidation and pseudo-invictist rhetoric that culminated in his election as President of Enyama in 2005, ostensibly on an anti-corruption, anti-socialistic and revanchist platform.
Muratagi was born in Takadoria Province and began his career as a street fighter and later organizer in the Kumazawa Gokudō, at that point under the jurisdiction of the Koyama-Sato Clan. Although initially a high-level enforcer for the clan, by the late 1980s, Muratagi had amassed significant influence in Kumazawa social circles, including in military men connected with the larger Gokudō world. Though never attending formal military training, Muratagi is considered to have seen street combat in the Red Tile Revolt and the 1989-1993 Gokudō street war. Muratagi also maintained his position as a staple of commentary on Enyaman fighting sports, and is considered to be one of the chief promoters of the newly-formed mixed martial arts disciplines within Norumbia. He helped establish the EFCL (Enyaman Fighting Council League) as a giant of both fighting culture and organized crime in Enyama. In 1997, after winning a last exhibition fight, Muratagi announced his retirement from sports. In 1999, he entered politics in the Fujikawa Province, first serving a term in the Gikai between 2000 and 2003 before unexpectedly candidating for the 2005 Enyaman Presidential elections. His platform was largely built on an anti-corruption and anti-organized-crime mandate, but was accused of serving as a way for Muratagi to selectively eliminate his own Gokudō rivals.
