Uxbridbury, officially the Community of Uxbridbury, is a ward within Pharexia located primarily on Viridus Island. It borders Victorium to the east, forming what is commonly known as the Northern Fringe. The population speaks a unique dialect of the Pharexian, and is the second least populated state of Pharexia.
It is known for its remoteness, traditional values, and religiosity, it is also considered the hotbed of Ilyçisianism, with 95% of citizens adhering to the Church of Pharexia. Both the governorship and legislature is controlled by the religious right-wing Ilyçisian Delegation.
The capital and largest municipality of Uxbridbury is Dijúpivogur, with a population of 137,301 residents.

Demographics
The population of the ward was estimated to be 358,089 in 2017, an increase of 10,325 since the most recent census. However, the population is very homogenous, with over 96% of the population having been born in Uxbridbury, and nearly 100% having been born in Pharexia as a whole; only 441 people said they were born outside the country in the last census, with a majority coming from the neighboring ward Victorium.
Religion
99.4% of the population identified their religion as Ilyçisian in the latest census; 0.3% identified as Vrybosni and 0.1% identified as either other or irreligious. Uxbridbury has the highest proportion of Church of Pharexia members to citizens, over ten points higher that the country as a whole. Church attendance is also very high in Uxbridbury, with over 91% of the population attending religious services weekly. Members of the Church of Pharexia in Uxbridbury fall under the jurisdiction of Minister Tobia Herceg of the Church of Pharexia, with 54 temples serving the populace.
Public services
Pharexia is covered by 74 primary schools, 50 secondary schools, 2 joint schools, and 1 universities. Many of these secondary schools are gymnasiums, vocational schools, and religious schools. The two joint school serves pupils with special educational needs and is located in Dijúpivogur.
This educational system has produced an almost 100% literacy rate, and a rate of completion well over 90% for secondary education. The rate of enrollment in tertiary education is relativity high, with most students going to university after secondary education.
Healthcare in Uxbridbury is provided by hospitals in Äänekoski and Nokia, the Univerity of Uxbridbury Medical School, and small clinics in most of the other municipalities, with helicopters serving to offer emergency healthcare provisions to the ward.
Economy
Uxbridbury has an extremely high college graduation rate at 56.3%, with most graduates attending Dijúpivogur University, a private college run by the Church of Pharexia. As a result, most residents make incomes considerably higher than of those elsewhere in Pharexia, with the exception of Brichard Proper. Uxbridbury's economy is largely centered around the Church, and the ward capital houses its national and international headquarters.
Unemployment rates are low in Uxbridbury, sitting at 2.7% in 2016.
Politics
The governor of Uxbridbury is the head of state of the ward. They are responsible for selecting a cabinet, which must be confirmed by the ward legislature, the Blidudalur. The current governor is Sólbjört Magnúsdóttir of the Ilyçisian Delegation.
