Tia High, Countess of Scarlett Orient Isles (born 2nd Feburary 1980) is a West Phoenician politician and member of Antebellum Conservative Party. Countess Tia High is now serving Prime Minister of  West Phoenicia


Early Life and Education

Tia High was born in the province of Shinto Azure, Scarlett Orient Isles, West Phoenicia.

Her mother Dahlia High ran a successful chain of seafood restaurants throughout a number of city-state in West Phoenicia.

Her father Thom High was often away from home, working as a petty officer in the West Phoenician Navy.

Tia attended Red Sun City Girl's Grammer where she excelled in politics, geography, English and Latin.

Tia was also a member of the school's fencing team, her talent earned her a full athletic scholarship to the University of Scarlett Orient Isles.

Tia attended the University of Scarlett Orient Isles where she studied a Bachelor of Political Science.

Personal Life

In the year 2002 While attending the Silver Cloud Opera with a close friend, she was introduced to Christian Malvern; Count of Scarlett Orient Isles. The two hit it off and began to date.

In 2003, the West Phoenician Newspapers announced the engagement of the couple.
