The Arabin Congress is the bicameral legislature of the federal government of Arabi. It consists of two chambers: the House of Representatives and the Senate. The Congress meets in the Arabin Captiol in the District. Members of Congress are chosen through direct election, vacanacies in the Senate may be filled by a gubernatorial appointment. Congress has 179 voting members: 147 representatives and 32 senators. The House of Representatives has one non-voting members, bringing the total membership of the Congress to 180 or fewer in the case of vacancies.
