GLONASS-R is a Radictistani satellite navigation system operated at limited operational status by the Royal Radictistan Air Force. The constellation currently consists of twenty satellites which provide coverage to a majority of the world's surface. Plans to employ a total of twenty-four satellites for global coverage have been repeatedly delayed. The system is currently available to both the Radictistani military and to all civilian users within the coverage area. A ground-based augmentation system provides enhanced positional accuracy within Radictistan.
