Eemil Santeri Hyvälempi (Valimian pronunciation: [eːmil sɑnteri hyʋælempi] born Emil Alexander Guteliebe; 5 February 1862 – 17 June 1953) most often refered to as Santeri Hyvälempi was a Hesuro-Valimian military officer and socialist statesman. He was the founder of the Federation of Valimia and its first president. He is most known for the dissolution of the Valimian Empire and major industrialization and modernization projects that helped form Valimia into a liberal democracy through extensive internal reforms and policies collectively known as Santerism.

Born to a minor noble family, Hyvälämpi attended Festunki Military Academy. During his academic years, he would be exposed to Pan-Aroism and Socialism both of which would influence his future political views. Eventually Hyvälämpi would climb through the ranks of the Valimian Imperial Army rising to the position of Generalleutnant. Hyvälempi rose to prominence during the X War where he played a key role in the battle of X. For his military accomplishments, he was made the Landmarshall of Nebmersia, his place of origin. During his time as landmarshall, Hyvälämpi observed the stark social and economic differences between Nebmersia and the rest of the Valimian Empire laying the groundwork for his reformist principles.
