  1. These are the titles as given in the Constitution of the Queendom of Solon Goodness, Article X. The French version of the song is sometimes called Chant de Ralliement, as in National Anthems of the World; and the English version "O Solon, Cradle of Our People", as in Délance and Délance 61.

Queendom of Solon Goodness is a small, safe nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service and state-planned economy. Queen Ava Van is the Queen of this nation. The compassionate, Monarchy, and democracy devout population of 46 million Solon Goodians . Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

The large, outspoken government juggles the competing demands of Spirituality, Defense, and Welfare. The average income tax rate is 44.0%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The sizeable but inefficient Solon Goodian economy, worth 1.07 trillion dollars a year, is driven entirely, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is fairly diversified, is led by the Pizza Delivery industry, with major contributions from Basket Weaving, Beef-Based Agriculture, and Tourism. Ihle de Lua, Sky Nation and Oreo Shima ( island) are my allies and trade partners. The average income is 36,731 dollars, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Retirement homes are often fitted with luxurious suites. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Solon Good's national animal is the swan, which frolics freely in the nation's many beautiful lakes or ponds. Internet trolls are considered valiant supporters of the right to free speech, and god-fearing citizens can be seen in prayer circles around the St Peters Church.

To apply for citizenship with permanent residence status you must usually have lived in the Solon Goodness for 12 months after getting permanent residence status. You also need a permanent residence document that proves you've lived in the Solon Goodness for 1 year - this can be any year period.

We have rights, which we get from laws, and we also have responsibilities. Responsibilities can be legal (for example, to pay taxes and obey other laws) or they can be moral.

Something that is moral is the correct thing to do, though we are not always forced to do it by law. An example would be not dropping your empty crisp packet on the pavement. No one will arrest you for chucking it on the ground, but the street and the community would look a lot better if you didn't. If someone has the right to free speech, then you have the responsibility not to shut them up (and so take away their right). If you have the right to education, someone has the responsibility to provide it for you and you have the responsibility not to disrupt lessons and prevent your classmates from their right to education. Wherever there are rights, responsibilities also exist otherwise no one would be able to receive their rights. It's about balance. You may be conscripted to fight in wars. You are not obliged to vote. Goodians citizens are required to report for jury service when called and attend for as long as it takes to find a verdict. Rights to marriage. Respecting the rights of other citizens.
