The Civic Party of Themiclesia (邦人, prong-njing; lit. "citizens") is a right-wing nationalist party in Themiclesia. It was founded in 1971 as the Reform Party and reconstituted as the current in 1991. The party's platform has fluctated with current issues but mainly revolves around discouraging both emigration and immigration. The party's current leader is Admiral Kjun, and it has a registered membership of 7,900 nationally.
