State of Delamaria

In Delamaria a state is a contituent political entity, of which together make up the Commonwealth of Delamaria. Every state has its own government, with all of the same government functions as that of the commonwealth apart from Military, Foreign Affairs, currency and intelligence. Every state has the Governor as its leader, a Lieutenant-Governor as its deputy and is entitled to 2 Delegates in the Senate and at least 1 representative in the House of Delegates, in addition to 1 delegate per approx 100,000 residents.
