Deoraruba is a special administrative district of Zitasso. It has high autonomy within the nation but is still under the protection and control of the Zitassan government. Deoraruba was independent until the 1823 signing of the Treat of Deoraruba, where Pope Leo XIII made an agreement with Zitasso where he would endorse the revolution, thus legitimizing the Zitassan government and encouraging more citizens to take up arms against Avergnon, and in exchange Deoraruba (Which was struggling to sustain itself as an independent state) would come under Zitassan protection, with very high autonomy.
Deoraruba is the site of several religious and cultural sites.
Etymology
The name Deoraruba is derived from Deorum Urbe, which is Latin for Gods City.
