Lietene is the capital city of Central Portobello. it has a population of 3,150,000 and is situated on the south-eastern most area of the nation. It's citizens are mostly ethnic Mena-Venervic and Germanic. The city became the de-facto capital of the Portobello Republic in 1679 and it's capital status was legally written into law in 1943.
