"Bottle It Up"(ボトルアップ) is a 2016 song by Shiori Akiyama. It was written by Shiori and produced by Reiko Kanagawa. It was released on her and her husband's wedding anniversary on October 14. Following its release, the song charted and it reached the top 10 on Adult Alternative Songs and Adult Top 10. It charted Top 1 in the Aomorinese Alternative Rock and in the UK Top 10. The song is also popular in Gylias and in Quenmin.
Music and Lyrics
Shiori wrote the song in time for her wedding anniversary with her husband, Tatsumi Sugiyama who also had helped her in her songs by providing voice-overs. She said in an interview "You know when you're married for already a year and your love with each other has been hotter and it just gets better and better. It's love that keeps me and my husband being together."

The music video features both Shiori and Tatsumi walking together and singing as they look at an album. They reminisce their old memories and recreate them in their imagination in front of them. The some of the scenes also show Shiori looking at her husband while he sleeps while singing the song's lyrics. The video also featured pictures of the couple in their dating years.
