The Foresight Institute (Slabadic: Ինստիտւտ Պրեդվիդենիյա Institut Predvideniya) is a private foundation established in 2000 to fund and support research within the fields of international relations, security studies, physics, chemistry, agronomy, astronomy, and physics. It was founded by billionaire Pelemian philanthropist Miroslav Chernov, and is currently the largest such foundation in the world.

Initially, the Institute was conceived as a way to help provide opportunities for students from the developing world to study in elite Pelemian universities. However, it has since expanded its outlook to include providing scholarships and grants to students from around the world, as well as investing directly in startups in other countries and even providing operational support to governmental bodies. According to Chernov, the Institute's goal is to "facilitate a globally interconnected world wherein all people have the opportunity to live free of fears", a mission which is reflected in the Institute's patronage of counter-terrorism studies seminars and genetic modification of crop plants. However, the Institute has been accused of having hidden links to the Strategic Planning Bureau and of being a tool for Pelemian soft power.
