The Mouseion University is a collegiate research university located in the heart of the city of Pharopoli. Having been founded in the 4th century Bc, it is one of the oldest universities in continuous operation in the world. The long and storied history of Mouseion has made it one of the most influential and prestigious institutions for higher learning in the world. As of November 11, 2019, the university has an endowment ₯51.4 billion.

The university is made up 27 constituent colleges, they are in order from oldest to youngest: Academy College, Serapeion College, Basileus College, St Michael's College, Chalke College, Caesars College, Theotokos College, Augusta College, Patras College, Epiphany College, Panagia College, Bovis College, Apostles College, Christos College, St George's College, Holy Trinity College, Zoe College, Hatzi College, Nauplia college, Eleusis College, Thessalonica College, Despotes College, St Theodora College, Hagia Sophia College, Mandylion College, St John's College, and St Demetrius College.

The Mouseion university has educated more politicians then any other institution of higher learning in Mesogeia. Overall its notable alumni has included several Imperial Mesazons, countless politicians, distinguished jurists, scientists, writers, philosophers, athletes, clergyman, and nobles.
